EXPERIMENTAL TAKE ON STREET ART AS ARTSCAPE RETURNS TO MALMÖ

In June 2021 Artscape returns to Malmö – seven years after the organisation hosted Sweden’s first ever large-scale street art festival in the city. This year’s project is focused on Sofielund, a borough in southern Malmö, and aims to push urban art into experimental territories.

Urban contemporary art is in constant and rapid transformation. With our latest venture – ARTSCAPE 2021 MALMÖ – we want to contribute to that development and create a platform where we and the artists can let the art form grow organically in an exploratory direction.
